Joanne has 3 children, due to an intense desire not to have another child with her last husband she was left with no option but to have her tubes cut and burnt, this solved the problem of her not having anymore children with her previous husband, but now after we have been together for 6 years we want to have a baby, unfortunately the surgery to have this operation costs more than $6000, we are asking for your help anything you can spare will be gratefully recieved.
